We use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for domestic US shipments. Shipping rates for these services are determined by delivery location, weight & size of items being purchased and the total weight of the package. See below for approximate starting prices of these services. Please contact us at the completion of your shopping for a combined shipping & handling total.
The following shipping rates apply for United States destinations (including APO, FPO & Puerto Rico):
- Standard Shipping & Handling (via USPS First Class Mail) starting at $3.99
- Standard Shipping & Handling (via USPS Priority Mail) starting at $7.99
- Express Shipping & Handling (via USPS Express Mail) starting at $22.99
We generally process and ship orders within 48 hours after we receive them. We will expedite your order if you have chosen a faster shipping service or have notified us of the need for a last minute gift. Please be aware that there are sometimes exceptions to posted shipping times due to high order volume, holidays, or item availability. We will contact you if there will be an extended delay.
The following are general shipping transit times for US destinations after the order ships: (all times approximate and not guaranteed by the USPS)
- USPS First Class approximately 2-9 days (depends on customer location)
- USPS Priority Mail approximately 2-4 days (domestic locations)
- USPS Priority Mail approximately 4-14 days (APO, FPO, Puerto Rico)
- USPS Express Mail approximately 1-2 days (depending on zip code)
- US Postal Service regular delivery days are Monday through Saturday
Insurance Policy & Rates:
Insurance is optional for US destinations, but highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected shipments that are not insured.

- $3.50 for purchases of $50.01 thru $100.00
- $4.50 for purchases of $100.01 thru $200.00
- $6.00 for purchases of $201.01 thru $300.00

- California destinations are charged 9.25% state sales tax.

Regular Return: We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We can take your return within 7 days of the receipt date of the package. Please note shipping & handling fees will not be refunded, we can only refund the original purchase price of the item returned. You will be credited back the same way payment was received or offered store credit if you prefer. Your return must be in the same condition as it was sent to you and must bear our invisible mark. All returns must have our prior authorization and should be returned by USPS Priority Mail.
Incorrect Item Sent Return: While we make every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct, occasionally an error may be made. In the event a wrong item was shipped to you, we will exchange it for you. The item must be sent back to us for an exchange for the correct item. Any shipping charges will be reimbursed by us for returns that are due to our error (credits are posted within 7 days of our receipt). Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a mistake in your order. Your return must be in the same condition as it was sent to you and must bear our invisible mark. All returns must have our prior authorization and should be returned by USPS Priority Mail.
Damaged Item Return: We will accept returns if an item was damaged during shipping. Any item(s) returned must be returned with original invoice and original box (and packing material). Refunds will be at the discretion of Bisybee Collectibles. We reserve the right to reject any refund if an item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned. Your return must be in the same condition as it was sent to you and must bear our invisible mark. All returns must have our prior authorization and should be returned by USPS Priority Mail.
Refused or Late Returned Orders: Any shipments or items that are refused or sent back after the 7 day return policy, may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee of price of the items. Shipping & handling fees will not be credited. We will also not credit for damaged or opened merchandise by the customer.
For all returns: Please make sure you include a copy of the original invoice in the box for all returns and a short note explaining the reason for return and what you need us to do for you.

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed and shipped. Please contact us asap via email to firstname.lastname@example.org in the even you need to cancel your order. We will let you know via email if your order has been processed, shipped or successfully canceled. If you want to cancel and the order has already been shipped, please see the above information regarding returns.
Bisybee Collectibles also reserves the right to void or cancel any order if we find any security risks or fraudulent credit card charges are involved.
Out of Stock Items:
While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, occasionally we do run into certain circumstances where an item gets oversold or miscounted. In the event your order contains an out of stock item or a larger quantity than we have available, we will notify you to see if you want the item refunded or issued a store credit to use on another item.
